How NOMADGO TOURS Works

Last updated: 26 August 2026

NOMADGO TOURS is designed to make it easier to discover tours in Mongolia and contact the independent companies that offer them.

1. Discover

Browse tours, destinations, itineraries, images, operator information, and other listing details published on the Platform.

2. Choose

Review the information provided for a Tour and check its price, duration, inclusions, exclusions, group information, and operator details.

3. Send an inquiry

Use the inquiry function on a Tour page to send your request to the relevant independent Operator. NOMADGO TOURS facilitates the communication channel.

4. Deal directly with the Operator

The Operator is responsible for confirming availability, answering questions, agreeing the final scope and price, collecting any payment, making the booking, delivering the Tour, handling cancellations and refunds, and addressing service or safety issues.

5. Why this distinction matters

NOMADGO TOURS is not the tour provider. The independent Operator is responsible for the services it provides. The Platform is intended to facilitate discovery and contact and does not replace the Operator’s own contract, terms, safety information, insurance, licenses, or customer support.
