Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the NOMADGO TOURS website and marketplace platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing NomadGo, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, submitting a review, uploading content, or otherwise using a feature that requires acceptance of these Terms, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
2. Eligibility and capacity
You must be at least 18 years old to create a customer account or enter into a binding transaction through NomadGo, unless applicable law permits otherwise. You represent that information supplied to NomadGo is accurate, current and complete.
3. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must notify NomadGo promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. NomadGo may require additional verification where reasonably necessary for account security, fraud prevention or platform integrity.
4. Nature of the marketplace
NomadGo is an online marketplace and technology platform that allows independent travel-service providers to present tours, experiences, accommodations, transportation and related services, and allows travelers to discover and contact those providers. Unless a separate written transaction document expressly states otherwise, NomadGo is not the provider of the listed travel service and does not itself guarantee the supplier’s performance.
5. Independent suppliers
Each operator, accommodation provider, guide, driver or other supplier is an independent service provider. The supplier is responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, safety, staffing, permits, licenses, insurance, availability, pricing, performance and fulfillment of its own services. Any contract for the underlying travel service is between the traveler and the relevant supplier unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Listing information and verification
NomadGo may display information supplied by providers and may review or verify listings. A “verified”, “approved” or similar status means only that NomadGo has completed the verification or moderation step described by the platform and does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement or warranty of safety, legality, quality or future performance.
7. Inquiries and communications
NomadGo may provide inquiry and communication tools that transmit information between travelers and suppliers. The supplier is responsible for responding accurately and for honoring any separate agreement it makes with a traveler. NomadGo may retain communications and related records as permitted by its Privacy Policy for security, support, compliance and dispute handling.
8. Prices, availability and errors
Listing information may be changed, corrected or withdrawn by suppliers or NomadGo. NomadGo does not warrant that listing information, prices, availability, photographs, amenities, schedules, travel conditions or reviews are error-free or current at every moment. The supplier is responsible for confirming the final terms of the service with the traveler.
9. Reviews and ratings
Reviews are user-generated content. A review is not a statement by NomadGo and should not be treated as NomadGo’s recommendation or warranty. Reviews may be subject to moderation, fraud checks, identity checks, content rules, removal or rejection under the Review & User Content Policy. Ratings shown by NomadGo are calculated from eligible published reviews and may change as reviews are approved, removed or otherwise reclassified.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not use NomadGo to submit fraudulent reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, harass suppliers or users, upload unlawful or infringing material, interfere with platform security, scrape or copy protected platform content without permission, circumvent access controls, create accounts to evade enforcement, or otherwise use the platform unlawfully or abusively.
11. User content license
You retain ownership of content you submit. To the extent permitted by law and subject to the Privacy Policy, you grant NomadGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, format, publicly display and distribute your content on or through NomadGo, and to use it for operating, improving, moderating and promoting the NomadGo service. This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, except that content may be retained after account closure where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups or other permitted purposes.
12. Moderation and enforcement
NomadGo may review, refuse, restrict, remove, hide or modify user content and may suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes that content or conduct breaches these Terms, the Review & User Content Policy, applicable law, platform security requirements or the rights of others.
13. Third-party links and services
NomadGo may link to or integrate third-party services. NomadGo does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
14. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NomadGo provides its marketplace and platform features on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims warranties not expressly required by law, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability and non-infringement. This clause does not exclude mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or from the acts or omissions of an independent supplier. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct or other non-waivable rights.
16. Indemnity by users where lawful
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user who breaches these Terms or unlawfully uses the platform agrees to reimburse NomadGo for losses and reasonable costs directly caused by that breach. This provision does not apply in a way that would unlawfully restrict mandatory consumer protections.
17. Changes
NomadGo may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, security requirements or business operations. Material changes will be presented through the platform or other reasonable notice. The updated version will state a new effective date or version number.
18. Suspension and termination
NomadGo may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, suppliers, the platform or legal compliance, including suspected fraud, abuse, security threats or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue, including intellectual property, content licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability, dispute rules and records retained for legal or security purposes.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through written notice and reasonable discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before a competent court of Mongolia, with venue in Ulaanbaatar to the extent permitted by law.
