This Privacy Policy explains how NomadGO: Tours processes personal information when you use {PLATFORM}.
1. Who we are
NomadGO: Tours, operating NOMADGO TOURS, is the data controller for personal information processed through the NomadGo platform, except where a third-party provider independently acts as a controller for its own service.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, customer-account holders, operators, users who submit inquiries, reviewers, reporters, and other individuals whose personal information is processed through NomadGo.
3. Information we collect
Depending on how you use NomadGo, we may collect: account details such as name, email address, phone number and password-related records; operator business information; inquiry and communication details; review content and photographs; records of moderation decisions; platform usage data; IP address; browser and user-agent information; device-related or technical identifiers; security logs; cookie identifiers; and information supplied by third-party services where legally permitted.
4. Review integrity data
When a customer submits a review, NomadGo may process the customer account identifier, IP address, browser and user-agent information, device-related information, timestamps, client information and related platform logs for fraud prevention, duplicate-review detection, review-integrity checks, security and moderation. Public review pages do not display this internal moderation data.
5. Purposes of processing
We use information to operate and secure the platform; transmit inquiries to intended operators; administer accounts and listings; prevent fraud, abuse, spam and unauthorized access; investigate security and review-integrity concerns; provide support; comply with applicable law; enforce our Terms and policies; and improve the platform.
6. Legal basis and consent
We process personal information on a legal basis permitted by applicable law, which may include consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate platform/security purposes, compliance with legal obligations and protection of legal rights. Where consent is required, we will request it in a clear and appropriately recorded manner and explain how it may be withdrawn.
7. Sharing with operators
When you submit an inquiry for a Tour, information necessary to respond to that inquiry may be shared with the relevant independent Operator. That Operator becomes responsible for its own handling of the information under its own legal obligations and privacy practices.
8. Service providers and processors
We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers for hosting, storage, security, email, analytics, authentication, payments or other platform functions. Where required by law, we use appropriate contractual and technical controls for such processing.
9. International transfers
Some service providers or infrastructure may process information outside Mongolia. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards, notices or consent for international transfers, NomadGo will apply the required measures.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
NomadGo uses necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, sessions, preferences and requested functionality. Optional analytics or other non-essential technologies may be used only where permitted and, where required, after the appropriate consent or choice.
11. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, reviews, security, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, dispute handling and backups. Specific retention periods may vary by data category and applicable law.
12. Data security
NomadGo uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
13. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and lawful exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other available controls over your personal information. You may also have rights relating to consent and automated processing where applicable.
14. Children
NomadGo does not knowingly allow children under 18 to create customer accounts. If NomadGo becomes aware that an account was created contrary to the eligibility rules, it may take steps to restrict or remove the account as permitted by law.
15. Data incidents
If a personal-data security incident occurs, NomadGo will take steps required by applicable law, including containment, investigation, documentation and notification to affected individuals or authorities where legally required.
16. Changes
NomadGo may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, service architecture or data practices. The Policy will display a version and effective date.
17. Contact
Privacy and data-protection requests may be made through NomadGo Mongolia on Facebook. Please include enough information for NomadGo to identify the relevant account or request without requiring unnecessary additional personal information.
