Marketplace / booking
Marketplace & Booking Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective 31 August 2026
These terms explain the current NomadGo discovery and inquiry model and set the framework for any future direct booking or payment features.
1. Current marketplace model
At the current stage, NomadGo primarily provides discovery, listing and inquiry functionality. A customer may discover a service on NomadGo and contact the independent provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific transaction flow, NomadGo is not the seller or provider of the underlying travel service.
2. Supplier contract
When a traveler agrees to purchase or participate in a provider’s tour, experience, accommodation or transportation service outside a NomadGo transaction flow, the supplier and traveler are responsible for the terms of that relationship, including price, payment, availability, cancellation, refunds, safety and fulfillment.
3. Future direct booking / payment module
If NomadGo later accepts payment, confirms bookings, collects deposits, issues refunds, or acts as an agent or intermediary in a transaction, NomadGo will publish additional Booking and Payment Terms describing the transaction role, payment flow, fees, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, supplier obligations, customer support and applicable consumer rights. The current Terms should not be interpreted to create that role automatically.
4. Displayed prices
Unless a transaction page expressly identifies the amount payable to NomadGo, displayed prices are supplier-provided information and may not include every fee, tax, permit, transport surcharge or optional service. The supplier is responsible for presenting legally required price information.
5. Inquiries
Inquiry forms are communications tools and do not by themselves create a booking or guarantee a place. A booking exists only when the applicable supplier confirms it or when a separate NomadGo transaction flow expressly states that NomadGo has confirmed it.
6. Cancellations and refunds
For supplier-only transactions, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the supplier’s disclosed terms and applicable law. When NomadGo later operates a direct booking/payment flow, that flow will state the applicable cancellation and refund rules clearly before payment.
7. Payment providers
If third-party payment processors are used in a future transaction module, payments may be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy policy in addition to NomadGo terms. NomadGo will disclose the processor and relevant data flow where required.
8. Chargebacks and fraud
NomadGo may delay, suspend or investigate transactions where it reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorized use, identity issues or other security concerns, subject to applicable law and the terms of the specific transaction flow.
9. Supplier responsibility
No marketplace presentation, editorial ranking, badge or review score creates a warranty or guarantee by NomadGo that the supplier will perform safely, lawfully or to a particular standard.
10. Dispute routing
Service-performance disputes should first be directed to the supplier that contracted to provide the underlying service, unless NomadGo is expressly a party to that transaction. Platform-security, account, review and marketplace-function disputes should be directed to NomadGo support through NomadGo Mongolia on Facebook.
